Introduction

The Chinese Character Museum is the world's first museum dedicated to collecting and showcasing Chinese characters. Its modern architecture incorporates elements of the Shang Dynasty style, making it both stylish and visually pleasing. The museum's collection includes over 4,000 precious items covering various fields such as oracle bone inscriptions and bronze inscriptions, documenting the complete development process of Chinese characters from their inception to the five-stroke input method. There are two creatively designed golden birds at the entrance, and the main building's golden roof is engraved with the features of Shang dynasty palace architecture. The road leading to the main building is lined with 28 representative bronze inscriptions, forming a monument forest that showcases China's splendid culture of writing. Anyang is one of China's eight ancient capitals and also the birthplace of oracle bone inscriptions. If you visit here, don't miss this national-level museum located outside of Beijing. You are sure to gain a lot from this visit.
