Introduction

- As the first temple built by the government in the history of Chinese Buddhism, Baima Temple is known as "the oldest temple in China". - The historical site of Baima Temple has been preserved to this day, and the buildings from the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties are arranged along the north-south axis. - The main hall, Dabei Hall, along with other buildings such as the Hall of Heavenly Kings, the Hall of Great Buddha, and the Pilu Pavilion, together form the main architectural group of the temple. - The temple houses a large number of historical and valuable statues made of lacquer and cloth from the Yuan Dynasty, such as the Three Buddha, Two Heavenly Kings, and Eighteen Arhats, which have precious cultural heritage significance.
