Introduction

This comprehensive museum was built in 2010 and is the only province-level comprehensive museum in Guangdong Province. It is also a patriotic education base and social practice base in Guangzhou. The exhibits in the museum are divided into three main directions: Guangdong's historical culture, art, and nature, and are further divided into four parts: historical hall, natural hall, art hall, and temporary exhibition hall. Some very valuable exhibits include the "baleen whale skeleton" and the "Xinyi jade stone" weighing five tons among the natural specimens.
