Introduction
The Eastern Salt Lake City, located in the Maoshan Tourism Resort in Jiangsu, is a project covering 27.8 square kilometers and with an investment of over 10 billion yuan. This six-year project inherits the essence of Chinese Daoism culture and integrates natural resources and cultural elements of Maoshan, displaying the feeling of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Following the development model of "cultural guidance, tourism support, and vacation lead," the Eastern Salt Lake City is planned to include the Daotianxia scenic area and three regions: the Maodong cultural town, the mountain sports park, and the health and leisure park of Daoism. The project aims to create the first comprehensive national mountain and water leisure vacation destination in China, covering sightseeing, leisure vacation, cultural exhibition, and mountain sports.
