Introduction

Xiamen Botanical Garden, also known as "Wanshi Botanical Garden", is located around Wanshiyan Reservoir. The garden offers more than 20 specialized gardens and planting areas, including Pine Forest Garden, Rose Garden, Palm Garden, Large Cactus Garden, Hall of Hundred Flowers, and Orchid Garden, among others, with over 6,000 tropical and subtropical plants. Of particular note are the Rainforest World and Sand Plant Area, with the former offering a unique sight in the beautiful tropical rainforest mist, while the latter is famous for its trendy cacti and is a must-see spot. Additionally, the garden features landscapes such as stone carvings, lakes, lawns, and temples, and climbing to the highest point of the New Stele Forest offers a panoramic view of half of Xiamen.
