Introduction
Located in the north of Haikou, facing the direction of Haikou's entry into the sea, it is an important landmark of Haikou and one of the eight scenic spots of Haikou. It was originally built to accommodate foreign trade and later rebuilt by the Haikou government according to the needs of urban construction. The top floor is equipped with a large clock, using the Shanghai 555 brand electronic clock, and playing electronic music every 30 minutes when reporting the time. Across from the clock tower, there are some old and mottled buildings, which is the famous arcade old street.
