Introduction

The Wugong Temple architectural complex is located at 169 Haifu Avenue, Haikou City, approximately 5 kilometers from the city center. Despite being near a lively area, it still maintains its tranquility and elegance, earning it the reputation of "Qiong Tai Scenery", "Ying Hai Culture", and "Hainan's Top Tourist Attraction". The complex includes Hainan's First Floor (also known as Wugong Temple), Xueputang, Guanjia Tang, Xizhai (Wugong Jing She), Dongzai, Su Gong Temple, Liang Fubo Temple, Dongzhuoting, Fusu Spring, Qiong Yuan, and the newly-built Wugong Temple Exhibition Hall. Wugong Temple is an important representative of China's ancient disgraced official culture, Hainan's historical culture, and unique ancient architectural art. It is a monument composed of a group of buildings, gardens, wells, springs, and ponds, covering a total area of ​​about 100 acres. It was initially built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, rebuilt in the 15th year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty (1889), and has undergone many repairs since then, still sparkling with brilliance to this day.
