Introduction

Huayanxi National Forest Park is located on a mountain range of Xuefeng Mountain, connected with Taohuayuan Scenic Area, with a forest coverage rate of up to 90%. The park consists of five areas: the central area, Wuxi Lake, Longfeng Lake, Qifeng Mountain, and Xianchi Mountain. There are 18 main attractions, including the Egret Dance Flower Creek, Farmer's Sunset, Wuxi Lake Boat Ride, and Longfeng Lake Boat Ride. Huayanxi is known as the "hometown of Chinese Egrets," and "Flower Creek Egret Dance" is one of the top ten attractions in Hunan Province. From March to October each year, nearly 100,000 egrets inhabit and breed in Huayanxi, and tourists can enjoy this spectacular sight from the egret observation platform.
