Introduction

Located in the karst area of eastern Yunnan, Ten Thousand Mountains is one of the representatives of China's karst landform. It is concentrated in towns such as Dashuijing, Luoxiong, Banqiao, Jiuwuji, and Lubuge, covering an area of hundreds of square kilometers. The mountainous landforms here are widely distributed, with tower-shaped, cone-shaped, and round-shaped peaks ranging in height from tens of meters to over a hundred meters. Looking out at the peaks from afar, they are magnificent and breathtaking. In March, Luoping welcomes spring and is covered in fields of orange-yellow rapeseed flowers, creating a beautiful blend with the karst landscape. Whether you climb high and look into the distance or walk through the fields, this scenery will leave you with beautiful memories.

Transportation

The Shiwandashan Observation Deck is located along the Luonai Highway in Jindai Village Committee, Shiwandashan Township, about 10 kilometers away from Luoping County. To fully appreciate the grandeur of Shiwandashan, it is not necessary to get out of the car and take close-up shots. Therefore, many photography enthusiasts choose to take photos from afar while passing by on their way to Duoyi River. If you want to explore the scenery on foot, you can also take the rural passenger bus to Nai Ge at the Luoping Bus Station and get off at Shiwandashan along the way. However, it is not very convenient to return as you can only wait for the Nai Ge bus back to the county at the roadside.
