Introduction

Fenghuang Mountain is a famous tourist destination in Tongling, composed of several peaks including Hengshan, Mianshan, Lingfengshan, Tanshan, and Jinshan. The mountains here are beautiful and the scenery is pleasant, making it a wonderful sight to behold. As early as the "Jingtai" period of the Ming Dynasty, the poet Zhou Duo wrote sixteen poems about the "Eight Scenic Spots of Fenghuang", which included the lines "The Luwai Mountains are high and half-day visible, with a solitary well and sweet-spring water gathered around the stone. The Phoenix drinks here, and ten thousand years later, the ancient ruins still remain." expressing his praise for Fenghuang Mountain.
