Introduction

The China Fujian-Taiwan Relations Museum is a national themed museum located in the northwest of Quanzhou city, facing the Qinyuan Mountain to the north and connecting to the West Lake to the south. It showcases the historical ties between mainland China (Fujian) and Taiwan. As a building reflecting local characteristics, the museum adopts the design concept of "Heaven Round and Earth Square", and incorporates the traditional craftsmanship of "Stone into Brick" from Fujian and Taiwan. The red and white building embodies the cultural spirit of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. The main building features four semi-arc roofs with sloping steps leading to a viewing platform, symbolizing the museum as a bridge and link for exchange between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. The peace lotus on the viewing platform represents the gospel of spreading peace and blessings all year round. The entire museum covers an area of 154.2 acres, with a main building area of 23,332 square meters.
