The Tianshifu is located in Shangqing Town, Yingtan, adjacent to Qingxi, and has been the residence of the Zhang family for generations. It was originally built at the foot of Mount Longhu. It is backed by the Xihua Mountain, facing the Pipa Mountain, and has a magnificent terrain. It covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters, with large-scale buildings, and preserves more than 6,000 square meters of ancient buildings, all finely carved and painted with mi red lacquer, emitting a strong ancient and mysterious atmosphere. The building was first built in the first year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1368 AD), and has undergone more than ten repairs. The surviving wooden buildings are all relics from the Qing Dynasty Qianlong, Jiaqing and Tongzhi periods.
