It is located on the west side of Renmin South Road and the north side of Huancheng Road in Huaiyin City. For over 300 years, it has blended the openness of the north with the delicacy of the south, allowing visitors to enjoy its beauty while having fun. Qingyan Garden is the only well-preserved classical garden in Huaiyin City and the only official garden remaining in China's canal transportation history. The pavilions, towers, buildings, rockeries are arranged in a unique way, with winding paths, long corridors, and flowing water circulating throughout the four seasons, showcasing elegant and beautiful scenery. There are bus routes 8 and 62 and taxis starting at 5 yuan (3 kilometers) in the city. Since October 1, 1991, Chengnan Park has been restored to its ancient name, Qingyan Garden.
