Introduction
Qianye Grassland Scenic Area is located along the Yan Kou to Wa Wu line of the Fang Dou Shan mountain range in Shizhu County, Chongqing. It is approximately 34 kilometers away from the Xituo Yangtze River port, a ancient town from the Ming and Qing dynasties, and about 43 kilometers away from Zhong County. The location of the scenic area is very advantageous, with other famous attractions such as Shibaozhai and Fengdu Ghost City nearby, forming a loop. The terrain of the scenic area is flat and wide, with an average altitude of about 1300 meters. The total area is about 6600 hectares, with rich and distinctive resources. The scenic area includes mountains, forests, grasslands, rocks, livestock, and other elements, with four major characteristic tourist resources: tens of thousands of acres of grassland, tens of thousands of acres of firethorn, tens of thousands of acres of stalagmites, and tens of thousands of acres of forests.
