Introduction

Yeping Village is located in Yeping Township, Ruijin City, and is one of the few well-preserved revolutionary sites in China, just 5 kilometers away from the city center. There are 23 revolutionary sites and commemorative buildings in the scenic area, among which 16 have been designated as national key cultural relics protection units. It is also the birthplace of the first national Red political power in China - the temporary central government of the Chinese Soviet Republic, as well as the first residence of the Central Bureau of the Communist Party of China and the temporary central government in Ruijin. Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, Ren Bishi, Wang Jiaxiang and other old proletarian revolutionaries lived and worked here. Yeping Village is also one of the birthplaces of the title "Chairman Mao" and is recognized as a national patriotic education demonstration base and a classic red tourism destination in China.
