Introduction

Baicaopan, the main peak of the Baihua Mountain Range, is located in the southwest of Beijing with an altitude of 2161 meters, making it the third highest peak in Beijing. The natural scenic area covers an area of approximately 19.2 square kilometers, with a forest coverage rate of 82%, and the lowest point is more than 800 meters higher than the urban area. The scenic area is characterized by the beautiful competition of flowers on the alpine meadow, with pleasant air, beautiful environment, and cool climate. The temperature in summer is 8-16 degrees lower than that in the urban area, making it an ideal place for summer tourism and vacation. The Baicaopan natural scenic area is known as one of the green pearls of the Taihang Mountains, and it is the best place to observe the sea of clouds, sunrise, sunset, flower viewing, and aerial views. It is very suitable for suburban and leisure tourism.
