Introduction
Also known as the Shangshu Province Square, covering an area of 60,000 square meters, second only to Beijing's Tiananmen Square, located in the center of Xi'an city. It used to be the location of the prosperous Tang Dynasty Shangshu Province, the highest administrative body for state affairs at that time. On the east side of the square stands the 600-year-old Bell Tower, while the largest Drum Tower in the country stands on the west side. On the north side of the square, there are time-honored shops such as Tongshengxiang, Defachang, and Wanghaitang, while the Century Golden Flower Shopping Center is located below the square. When night falls, the lights of the music fountain, Bell Tower, and Drum Tower are lit up together, which is very spectacular.
