Introduction

Wanfenglin Scenic Area is located in the south of Xingyi City and consists of nearly 20,000 unique-shaped peaks. It is one of the famous karst landforms in southwestern China. During the rapeseed blooming season, tourists can take a sightseeing train to slowly shuttle through fields of rapeseed flowers. The forest of peaks is dense and peculiar, making it one of China's conical karst museums and ranking among China's top five most beautiful forested peaks. Xu Xiake once described the peaks here as "the only forested peaks in the world." The scenic area is divided into the eastern and western forested peaks, with the main fee-charging areas open to the public concentrated in Wutun Town under the western forested peaks, while the eastern forest has yet to be developed. In addition, tourists can also visit Buyi villages such as Nagai, Le Li, and Yu Long to experience the rich Buyi ethnic culture and customs.
