Introduction
The Huanglong Temple, with Taoism as its mainstream, is said to have been established in honor of the Huanglong Master, who assisted the mythical figure of Da Yu in controlling floods and then retired to pursue Taoism. Every year on the 15th day of the sixth lunar month, the temple holds a fair, attracting many people for sightseeing. It is said that during the fair, tents are set up like a military camp and there is lively singing and dancing. After the fair ends each year, there is always a rain, which the locals call "washing the mountain rain." People love to shower in the rain, believing it is a manifestation of the gods' recognition of their good deeds.
