Introduction

This is one of the earliest museums established in Shaanxi, mainly collecting, researching, and displaying stone tablets, tombstones, and stone sculptures from various dynasties. The museum consists of the Confucian Temple, Forest of Stone Steles, and Stone Sculpture Art Gallery, covering a total area of 31,900 square meters and housing over 11,000 cultural relics, with 11 exhibition halls. The most well-known exhibits are the calligraphy works by famous calligraphers such as Yan Zhenqing, Liu Gongquan, and Huai Su, as well as two Tang dynasty stone tablets - "Shitai Xiaojing" and "Kaicheng Stone Classics". Besides stone tablets, the museum also displays stone sculptures and other cultural relics.
