Introduction

This Baroque-style building is the largest Catholic church in Tianjin and the cathedral of the diocese. It is shaped like a "pin" with large yellow and red brick buildings topped by green spires and semi-circular arched windows. The church holds religious services every morning and hosts morning and evening services on Sundays and Catholic holidays. Near the church is the International Culture Street where visitors who enjoy a taste of the bourgeoisie can dine in cafes and western restaurants.
