Papakolea Green Sand Beach, A rare gem of sparkling green sands

At the southernmost point of South Point Park on the Big Island of Hawaii, there are occasionally one or two small signs indicating the direction to Green Sand Beach. Continue south to the coast, where there is a road with a sign indicating the entrance to the Green Sand Beach.
