Introduction
Addis Ababa University is the highest institution of learning in Ethiopia, originally part of the former palace of Emperor Haile Selassie. In 1927, the palace was donated by the emperor to serve as the campus of the university. The university is located in the capital city and is adjacent to government offices, Trinity Cathedral, and the National Museum.
