Introduction

The Singapore Philatelic Museum is the first philatelic museum in Southeast Asia. It is housed in a historic two-story Victorian building with 88 years of history. In front of the museum is a red mailbox, a precious relic left over from the colonial era and a symbol of the museum. The museum showcases various precious stamps and provides rich services for stamp collectors, including the sale of Singapore's first-day covers and stamps from various countries. Additionally, the museum has a mailbox where visitors can send postcards to their friends. During the Chinese New Year, National Day, Hari Raya, Halloween, and Christmas, the museum is open free of charge and visitors can purchase postcards and stamps in the shop.
