Introduction

Pearl Spring is one of the four famous springs in Jinan, Shandong Province, located in the courtyard of the People's Congress. Compared with Baotu Spring, the courtyard where Pearl Spring is located is more peaceful, making it an excellent place for walking and enjoying the spring. The spring water is crystal clear, and from the Floating Pearl Pavilion, one can see strings of white bubbles bubbling up from the bottom of the pool, resembling scattered pearls. Legend has it that this string of "pearls" is the tears of two of Emperor Shun's concubines - Ehuang and Nvying. Many koi fish live in the spring pool, and kind-hearted people come to feed them, making it a paradise for fish.
