Introduction

The history of Tianjin Museum can be traced back to the establishment of Tianjin Museum in 1918. Although there have been new constructions in recent years, the museum still remains as the main venue for historical and cultural events in the Tianjin area. The museum is divided into four floors, the first floor is "the origin of Tianjin culture", the second floor showcases the collection of cultural relics, the third floor is "the view of Tianjin in 100 years of Chinese history", and the fourth floor is a calligraphy and painting exhibition area. Here, you can learn about the evolution of Tianjin's history, cultural heritage, and so on. The museum's treasure, such as Northern Song Dynasty Fan Kuan's "Snow Landscape Cold Forest Map", Qing Dynasty Qianlong enamel-colored peony chicks pattern jade pot spring bottle, Western Zhou Taibao Ding, and Huang Jade Pig Dragon are also worth visiting. In addition, the museum regularly holds various theme exhibitions that are worth looking forward to.
