The most representative artifacts are bronze, jade, and gold and silver ware unearthed from the Western Han Dynasty Qi Wang Tomb and the Warring States Period King of Shang Tomb. Dozens of cultural relics are exhibited both domestically and internationally on a yearly basis. The museum covers an area of 13,000 square meters, including a 9,300 square meter exhibition building and a 1,500 square meter warehouse. Since 2008, admission has been free, and the museum has been awarded the honorary titles of "Provincial Civilization Unit" and "Advanced Unit in the Province's Cultural System Reform." The museum features a basic display, thematic displays, temporary exhibitions, and other exhibition systems. It is open to the public year-round and hosts nearly twenty high-level cultural and art exhibitions every year. The Zibo Museum is an important patriotic education base, a base for caring for the younger generation, a base for minors' learning and practice, and a base for theoretical propaganda and research.
