Jinta County, Gansu - Enjoy the magnificent autumn colors!

Located in the northwest end of the Hexi Corridor in Gansu, the Jinta County of Jiuquan City is a precious gem born deep in the desert. It is a beautiful scenic spot on the ancient Silk Road. It is known for the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center and its breathtaking scenery.

Jinta Desert Forest Park

The beauty of Jinta Poplar Forest allows one to immediately recognize the rendezvous with golden autumn. The autumn beauty is meticulously accumulated here, spotless and pure.
Jinta Temple, also known as Tayuanyuan. Inside the temple, there is a 'Golden Pagoda', which was listed as one of the eight scenic spots of Suzhou during the Ming and Qing dynasties, also known as Lingxu Pagoda. Due to this 'Golden Pagoda', Jinta County was named.

Three Lakes and One Creek

Although the Golden Tower is in the northwest, it boasts lakes and creeks that rival those in the Jiangnan region. It exudes grandeur, and at sunset, the entire lake is filled with the pure yellow of the northwest. When you visit the Golden Tower, be sure to include Jinding Lake, Jinsha Lake, Yuanyang Lake, and Qingze Creek in your itinerary.

Beihai Lake

There is no sea in the northwest, but there are many lakes comparable to it, and Beihai Lake is one of them. Vast marsh wetlands, the blue lake surface reflecting the sky, swaying aquatic plants in the breeze, and sparkling water. Han Great Wall Ruins

Starting from Jinta Yangjingziwan Township, along what is said to be one of the main routes used to attack the Xiongnu in ancient times, you will reach the Han Great Wall and ancient city ruins.
