Yikouxiang Baozi

When Tan Niu visited, there was already a queue. The place remains bustling until closing time, with customers constantly inquiring about it.

Huangshan Baozi

Fushunzhai Baozi

This restaurant's soup dumplings are from Kaifeng, Henan. Their signature dish is the lamb soup dumplings, which lamb lovers should not miss. When served, gently bite open the dumpling, then sip the hot broth. The rich broth rolls in your mouth, and finally, swallow the whole dumpling. The fresh and fragrant lamb is firm but not greasy, with a very mild gamey taste. It's delicious to the core!

Lei-style Soup Dumplings

The best ones are beef soup dumplings. You can eat and drink the soup at the same time, which is especially delicious. The skin is thin and the filling is large. You don't need to use too much force with chopsticks. After drinking the soup, adding some vinegar is extremely satisfying!

Guo's Steamed Buns

The buns are freshly made and steamed, with the meat buns just out of the pot still carrying the aroma of oil. The skin is soft and the filling is generous.
