Lushunkou is located at the southern end of the Liaodong Peninsula. It faces the Yellow Sea to the east, the Bohai Sea to the west, and is adjacent to downtown Dalian to the north. The scenic area of Lushunkou includes many famous scenic spots in the Lushunkou area, such as Baiyu Mountain, Lushun Port, the former site of the Russo-Japanese Prison, and Laotieshan Mountain. It is a famous tourist attraction in Dalian.

Port Arthur

Lushun Naval Port is located at the southwest end of the Liaodong Peninsula, at the southern foot of Baiyu Mountain. It is a strategically located and internationally famous military harbor. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, the port is usually filled with military ships. Tourists can visit Lushun Naval Port Park to observe the ships from afar, or climb to the top of Baiyun Mountain to enjoy a panoramic view of the harbor, which boasts stunning scenery.
The Lvshun Museum is located in the Lvshunkou District of Dalian. It has a rich collection and a long history, making it one of the top museums in Dalian. You can see a variety of Chinese ancient coins, bronze ware, ceramic and jade art, Buddhist statues, as well as art exhibits from other Asian countries such as ancient Indian stone carvings, Korean and Japanese paintings, and ceramics. The Xinjiang cultural relics display in the museum, especially the millennium-old Xinjiang mummies, are precious and worth seeing.

Iron Mountain

Laotie Mountain is located at the tip of the Liaodong Peninsula, facing the Shandong Peninsula across the sea. From the century-old lighthouse on Laotie Mountain, one can overlook the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea. The eastern Yellow Sea water is deep blue, while the western Bohai Sea water is slightly yellow, distinct and separate.

Baiyu Mountain Scenic Area

Mount Baiyu is located in the center of Lushunkou District, on the north shore of Lushun Port. It is the most famous attraction in Lushun. From the top of the mountain, you can overlook the entire Lushun Port, and also see the natural sandy tail called "Tiger's Tail" extending from the opposite mountain. It is the best viewing spot in Lushun District. There are also two attractions on the mountain top, namely Baiyu Mountain Pagoda and Naval Weapons Museum.

Sun ditch

The famous attractions of Sun Valley include the Lushun Museum with European architecture and the Snake House, as well as the former site of the Kwantung Army Command Headquarters built during the Japanese occupation.
