What if, when leaving the country, the customs officials see that there is no entry stamp? Will there be a problem ?

There must be an entry stamp, and I feel that there is some kind of relationship between Armenia and France, which may be similar to the relationship between Schengen countries. This is really amazing. Because this is the first time I have entered Europe, I thought the customs would have to queue and waste time, but I came out for a stroll.

It's not a problem to leave the Schengen area without an entry stamp. When you enter, your entry information is recorded in the Schengen entry-exit system. When you leave, they can see when and at which airport you entered.
