My car was scratched and when I returned it, I saw on the receipt that it said "no damage". I bought AXA's Super Supplementary Comprehensive Insurance, isn't it supposed to be that I have to pay first and then find the insurance company for reimbursement? How come today the Europcar person just let me go? When I left, they didn't give me any receipts either. My deposit is still there, I don't know when it will be refunded ?

"No damage" refers to which confirmation form, the rental confirmation or the return confirmation?
