Is it that babies can travel without being in a car seat? They won't check ?

Of course it's better to have a baby chair from a safety perspective. The probability of being checked is usually very low. There are three children under the age of five in our family, and a five-seater car can't really fit a baby chair. We drove for 4 days in Krabi and didn't encounter any car checks.
