Is it enough to bring a down jacket and a fleece jacket now, and is it not necessary to bring an additional sweater? I look forward to your reply ?

I was in Iceland from June 15 to 23, and I brought thin down clothes. The wind was strong, and a fleece and a raincoat were enough.

Yes, you need to bring a windproof and warm fleece jacket (it's best to have a hood for rain protection). I'm afraid of the cold, so I also brought a sweater, scarf, and hat at the time. I used the scarf to wrap around my face to block the wind, and the hat to cover my ears. Anyway, windproof, waterproof, and warm is the key. It feels like winter in the south, with a base temperature of 10 degrees plus strong winds. Just imagine.
