Very convenient. Just incredibly expensive! Our hotel didn't have free parking, so we parked in the underground garage for about 24 hours and it was 40.3 euros. Additionally, the old town of Lyon is a construction site, and they're repaving the streets around the old town square. There is a parking garage you can park in, but don't leave your luggage in the car if you park on the street, as there's a risk of your car being broken into.

The high-speed rail here is very fast. France is 130 and Italy is 110. I think this is the lowest speed. There will always be cars following me to drive.
