Do any of you think it's necessary to buy Super Comprehensive Insurance that includes Roadside Assistance, 45 THB/day? I'm renting a Nissan Almera and will be driving from Chiang Rai to Sukhothai and then to Chiang Mai ?

Old hands generally do not use it. If you have not driven on the right several times and are not familiar with the road conditions, it is still recommended to buy it. It is convenient to have it. When you are out, the language is not the same.

I suggest you buy it. I encountered this matter in Saudi Arabia and did not notice the scratch when picking up the car. As a result, when returning the car, it was found that there were scratches, and the insurance was reported and signed, which could avoid losses. After all, there is a deductible. If there is no deductible, it doesn't matter.

Definitely buy it, spend money to buy peace of mind, not afraid of ten thousand, just in case, not much money, no need to save this little bit.

You rent this car for being good at acceleration but slow in speed. It also consumes more fuel relatively.
