There shouldn't be any fees. I only know that there is a section with tolls on the M1 to London. There are very few toll sections over there. You can just search for that toll section.

Best to take M6, the fastest is M6. If I remember correctly, there was a small section from Cotswold to Lake District that was toll-free in July this year, not all of it was toll-free.
