How long does it take to travel from Kenting to Hualien via the longitudinal valley line ?

To go from Kenting to Hualien, you have to take a mountain road, crossing from the west coast to the east coast. The Hualien Valley is very flat, and the whole journey takes nearly 6 hours without stopping, but usually people take breaks along the way, such as stopping at Shangchi to have a Shangchi bento, visiting the Tropic of Cancer Marker Park, and going to a hot spring near Hualien. I suggest leaving in the morning and giving yourself 7-8 hours. I left Hualien at 10 o'clock in the morning, and enjoyed eating, drinking, and soaking in hot springs along the way, arriving in Kenting at 7 o'clock in the evening. It was raining that day, and the mountain road was very congested. It would be easier to drive without rain.
In the morning at 8:30, depart from Kenting and play all the way to Hualien, passing through Duoliang, Chihshang, Brown Avenue, Tropic of Cancer, Ruisui, and arriving in Hualien at around six o'clock in the evening.
