How is parking charged in London city center? Can anyone help answer this ?

London's city traffic is very convenient, driving may be more trouble
I have come back from the UK. Some community parking is free at weekends, so when we went downtown on the weekend, we saved parking and congestion fees. We parked on the horse head side of Hyde Park
You'd better not stop in the city of London. There is congestion charge in the city, and it's almost the same price as renting a car for a day. There are also parking fees, with an hourly rate of up to 5 pounds being the norm, and a fine of 200 pounds. Park outside the city and take the subway in!
