Introduction

King's College is one of the most famous attractions in Cambridge, founded in 1441 by King Henry VI himself, and hence named "King's" College. The Gothic architecture of the college is magnificent, with the most famous building being King's College Chapel, which was designed by the king himself and took nearly 100 years to complete. The view from the lawn outside the chapel is the most beautiful, and there is also a bronze statue of King Henry VI in the courtyard. King's College Chapel is one of the most iconic buildings in Cambridge, beloved by locals and tourists alike.
