I want to travel from Shanghai to Palau via Hong Kong and I know that I can use my white passport to enter Hong Kong and then go to Palau. I also know that I can stop in Hong Kong on the way there. However, I'm not sure if I can enter Hong Kong again on the way back ? Q&A
