Introduction

Huaqing Palace has a long history as a royal tourist and bathing destination. Legend has it that Yang Guifei once bathed here. In addition, King You of the Western Zhou Dynasty also built a mansion here. The cultural relics, garden landscapes, ancient buildings, and ancient trees preserved here are relatively intact, representing different historical periods such as the Zhou, Qin, Han, Tang, Ming, and Qing dynasties. Among them, the love story between Tang Minghuang and Yang Guifei and the "Xi'an Incident" have caused shock both domestically and abroad, becoming the most famous historical events of this place. From the Qin and Han dynasties to the Sui and Tang dynasties, Huaqing Palace has undergone multiple constructions and additions of new buildings.
