Petaling Street, also known as Chinatown or Chinese Town, is a popular tourist spot in Kuala Lumpur. Nowadays, most of the vendors are foreign workers selling various counterfeit products. Here, you can taste authentic local snacks and bargain for souvenirs. Famous night stalls are concentrated on Jalan Hang Lekir and Jalan Sultan, getting livelier as the night goes on. The emergence of cultural streets in the Petaling Street area has brought more artistic vibes, with old pre-war shophouses renovated into cafes, bars, themed restaurants, folk song restaurants, bookstores, tea houses, and more. The unique graffiti on the walls also serves as a backdrop for wedding photos, adding a special touch to the area.

The Guandi Temple is located inside the Kuala Lumpur Kwong Siew Association. It has a long history (since the 14th year of the Guangxu Emperor) and is well-preserved. With its convenient transportation and thriving incense, it is a highly regarded temple among the Chinese community and one of the well-preserved ancient buildings in Kuala Lumpur.
The Guandi Temple is dedicated to Guan Yu, also known as Guandi, who is revered as a paragon of loyalty, integrity, righteousness, and bravery. Throughout China's history, temples dedicated to Guandi have been continuously renovated and worshipped.
Having weathered a century in Kuala Lumpur, the Guandi Temple was in a state of disrepair. It underwent a major restoration in 1994, completed two years later. It remains an important tourist attraction in Kuala Lumpur.

The National Mosque was built in 1974 with a modern and stylish architectural style. The minaret, which is used to recite the Quran, stands at 73 meters high. The blue star-shaped roof is different from the traditional onion dome design of mosques, symbolizing the aspirations of an independent nation and is very eye-catching. It has a total of 18 spires, representing the 13 states of Malaysia and the 5 tenets of Islam. The overall design of the mosque is inspired by the Grand Mosque in Mecca, especially the interior decoration, which is similar to Mecca. The main hall can accommodate up to 15,000 worshippers at the same time, making it the largest mosque in Southeast Asia.

The Sultan Abdul Samad Building is the iconic building that houses the High Court of Kuala Lumpur. It was completed in 1897 and used to be the headquarters of the colonial government. The design of the building combines Indian and Arabian styles. It has a 40-meter tall clock tower in the center, resembling the "Big Ben" in the UK, known as the Malaysian Big Ben, with a golden dome on top. On both sides of the clock tower, there are two towers, each with a golden dome on top. During major celebrations, colorful lights illuminate the entire building, making it appear like a magnificent and somewhat mysterious castle from an Arabian mythological world. Visitors from all over the world enjoy taking photos in front of this distinctive building.
