Tie Ren Square is a large recreational entertainment square jointly funded and built by the Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau and the Daqing Oilfield Company. It is located in the central area of the Longnan region of Daqing, where the Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau is located. The total investment is 84.18 million yuan, covering an area of 11.11 hectares. The entire square consists of five parts: Terrace Garden, Music Fountain, Chunhua Garden, Qiushi Garden, and the main sculpture. It started construction on April 20, 1999, and was completed on September 20, 2000. The Terrace Garden is a multi-functional area with a large tea house, multi-purpose hall, central control room for the music fountain, power control room, and a color video monitoring room. Outside the wall of the Terrace Garden, there are large bas-reliefs with expressive and magnificent shapes, highlighting the three themes of "oil battle, oilfield development, and future prospects". Each theme is closely connected, making it unforgettable. At the top of the Terrace Garden, you can climb the stairs to rest and enjoy the panoramic view of the entire square. The music fountain is set around the main sculpture, including a central music fountain, a ring-shaped music fountain, dry fountains, and a laser water curtain. Among them, the four main fountains of the central music fountain, which are 25 meters high, are colorful and stunning under the reflection of effect lights, colorful lights, and buried lights. The golden-shaped building on the west side of the square is the control room for the laser water curtain. All the scenes reflected on the water curtain are controlled from this room.

The Jingyuan Park in Daqing City is located on Xiliu Road, Ranghu District. It was originally a reed field and farmland. With the development of oil extraction and urban construction, it was built into a park in 1991. The park is a comprehensive park composed of natural landscapes such as green spaces, trees, and water surfaces, as well as recreational and viewing areas. The green coverage of the park reaches 80.3%, with a winding water surface of 20,000 square meters. There are six small hills in the park, including Wohu Mountain, Panlong Mountain, and Yuqin Mountain, with a height of 12 meters. By climbing them, you can overlook the entire park. There is a recreational area and a viewing area in the park: the recreational area consists of children's play areas and amusement equipment, and the viewing area consists of a four-season botanical garden, bird house, fish house, and monkey house, etc. The four-season botanical garden has more than 40 kinds of plants, the bird house has more than 30 kinds of birds, and the fish house has more than 30 kinds of fish. In addition, there is a 153-meter-long replica of the ancient Great Wall, a unique Suzhou Street, and a 200-meter-long lifelike Hundred Picture Gallery in the park.
