Introduction

To get a panoramic view of the American Falls, the best spot is the viewing platform located on the right side of the water flow. There is also an elevator that leads to the Maid of the Mist boat dock, and a stone staircase that leads to the Crow's Nest viewing platform, just steps away from the waterfall. However, it's important to note that the staircase is one-way, so you cannot return to the elevator's upper level, and must take the elevator back instead. Additionally, there are wind tunnels and hurricane deck observation platforms below the Bridal Veil Falls, and moving to the right side will bring you to the Terrapin Point observation deck, where you can catch a glimpse of the American Falls. There are also multiple viewing platforms on the outer side and the island of Luna Island, where you can overlook the upper side of the Bridal Veil Falls and the left side of the American Falls.
