Introduction

Warwick Castle is a popular tourist attraction located in Warwick, Warwickshire, England. It was built in the 11th century, and has been damaged and repaired several times, but is now well-preserved. Its former owners have been titled individuals, such as Queen Elizabeth I and King William III. The castle has many historical exhibits, as well as activities for children, such as the Princess Tower and archery. There are also special events during holidays, such as Christmas, where Santa Claus can be seen. There are various daily activities, such as trebuchet, eagle display, and samurai combat (with samurai horse racing in the summer), and visitors can check the schedule board at the entrance. The castle dungeon is a haunted house-style attraction that requires a separate ticket and is not included in the admission fee. Actors dress up in medieval fashion and perform scenes of plague, torture, witch trials, beheading, and other scary themes from British history. It may be too frightening for young children and is not recommended. The Dragon Tower requires an additional ticket and the visit takes approximately 15 minutes, with a limited entry time. Non-English speakers are advised not to visit the dungeon and Dragon Tower as the actors perform in English.
