Introduction

Established in 2012, this museum was built to commemorate the centennial anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. Its impressive 34.7 meter height resembles that of the Titanic and its multi-layered reflective aluminum exterior walls look like a distant glacier. Inside the museum, various scenes and historical materials are displayed, vividly retelling the story of the Titanic from its construction to its sinking. The museum also houses a collection of photos of historical figures, and it is unbelievable how much some of these people look like the actors in Cameron's movie, proving the accuracy and respect the movie had for history. Here, visitors can experience the real Titanic, not just Jack and Rose from the movie.
