Introduction

The Glenlee sailing ship was launched in 1896 as a three-masted sailing ship, primarily used for tea trading between China and England. After retiring, the ship was collected by the Riverside Museum and became a part of the museum's exhibits, showcasing the ship's history, restoration process, and the daily life of the crew on board to visitors.
