Introduction
There is a very unique circular building on Gay Street in the north center of Bath, comprised of 30 residential buildings and designed by architect John Wood the Elder. The circular building is divided into three parts, with each entrance displaying a typical facade design. In the center of the circular square, there is a huge tree surrounded by a circle of classically-styled buildings, creating a decorative effect in the environment. John Wood the Younger, son of John Wood the Elder, also designed Bath's Royal Crescent. The design and appearance of this circular building are very special and definitely worth a visit.
