Introduction

Wadham College is one of the earliest colleges founded by the University of Oxford, established in 1438, and named after Wadham Feast. The college has a high reputation in Oxford and is one of the wealthiest colleges. In 2010, Wadham College received a donation of £22 million. The college is located in the city centre of Oxford, near Radcliffe Square, adjacent to Queen's College and Hertford College. Unlike other colleges, Wadham College does not admit undergraduate students, only accepting fellows. The way to obtain fellowship includes various forms such as passing examinations. Around 500 top Oxford undergraduates are eligible to take the exams each year, but the number of people who can ultimately obtain fellowship is very limited, even as low as one or less.
